Our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Peter Dobell, who passed away on December 18, 2020.

Peter was a founding member of the IRPP and served as secretary and director for well over three decades. Throughout his career, he was deeply committed to strengthening democratic institutions both here in Canada and around the world, and believed that sound public policy was the cornerstone of good government.  In his professional and volunteer life, his actions were always motivated by a strong desire to improve the lives of his fellow citizens.

Thank you, Peter, for your many years of dedicated service to the IRPP, to Canada, and indeed the world. Rest in peace.
