Bruno Arcand
Bruno Arcand is a postdoctoral researcher at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in public policy from Carleton University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal. His research focuses on the role of the state and industrial policy in building a green economy, with particular attention to the Canadian context.
