Alphonsine Lafond – Tom Molloy Fellow; Assistant professor of public policy, University of SaskatchewanKurtis Boyer is a political scientist working in the areas of Indigenous governance and political psychology. He has worked on issues related to Indigenous politics and Métis governance, including Métis citizenship, educational and behavioural drivers of reconciliation, and Indigenous self-determination via living resource management. He is currently an assistant professor at the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan, and a chair in Métis governance and policy. The Alphonsine Lafond – Tom Molloy Memorial Fellowship on Leadership and Innovation in Indigenous Governance is funded thanks to a donation from the Alphonsine Lafond Fund for Innovation, which was established by Alphonsine R. Lafond through the Saskatoon Community Foundation.
