Emna Braham

Emna Braham is the executive director of the Institut du Québec (IDQ). She joined the IDQ in 2020 as a senior economist and was then appointed deputy director. Previously, she was senior economist at the Labour Market Information Council in Ottawa and manager at CIDE, a consulting firm where she worked in economic development, education and the labour market. Emna holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in economics from Queen’s University.
