C\u2019est ainsi que les gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provinciaux et territoriaux ont d\u00fb adopter des mesures d\u2019urgence pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 leurs graves lacunes. Nos d\u00e9cideurs doivent profiter de la lev\u00e9e prochaine de ces mesures pour r\u00e9former durablement l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me. Quand des travailleurs renoncent \u00e0 prendre cong\u00e9 en raison d\u2019une protection ou de prestations insuffisantes, ce sont non seulement ces individus mais aussi toute la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui en assument les cons\u00e9quences.
