The Implicit Federal Agenda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les villes canadiennes sont reconnues pour leur qualit\u00e9 de vie, mais elles ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cet atout en l\u2019absence d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable politique nationale d\u2019urbanisme, notamment parce que les municipalit\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent de la comp\u00e9tence des provinces. D\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir en 2015, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a toutefois lanc\u00e9 plusieurs programmes qui concernent les grandes villes du pays. Le plus important d\u2019entre eux, le plan d\u2019infrastructure Investir dans le Canada, est dot\u00e9 d\u2019un budget de 180 milliards de dollars sur une p\u00e9riode de 12 ans. On peut ainsi consid\u00e9rer qu\u2019Ottawa m\u00e8ne une politique d\u2019urbanisme par d\u2019autres moyens.
