Prior to his\u00a0appointment at ECIPE, he lectured at the London School of Economics and he was a research\u00a0fellow at the Groupe d\u2019\u00c9conomie Mondiale (GEM) institute in Paris at Sciences-Po. He has been\u00a0a consultant at the European Commission, the OECD and APEC, and he was a visiting researcher\u00a0the World Bank. He received his Ph.D. in international economics from Sciences-Po\u00a0Paris. He also holds an MSc in economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an\u00a0MA in European politics from the College of Europe in Bruges.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/irpp.org\/fr\/recherche\/trade\/\"><em>Redesigning Canadian Trade Policies for New Global Realities<\/em><\/a>, edited by Stephen Tapp, Ari Van\u00a0Assche and Robert Wolfe, is the sixth volume of The Art of the State.
