Lea B. Hansen

Lea B. Hansen is a consultant who has been involved in the investment industry for more than forty years. From 1997 to 2007 she held the position of head of Canadian practice of Greenwich Associates, a global strategic consulting and research firm, where she provided consulting expertise to investment management and capital market executives based on comprehensive market research and in-depth analysis. She served as a commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission from 1989 to 1993. Before that she was a communications and consumer products analyst for Dominion Securities (now RBC Capital Markets) and Brown, Baldwin, Nisker Ltd. She holds a BA (Hons.) in economics from Queen’s University, and she is a chartered financial analyst and a certified director of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
