Programme de priorités pour le Canada : Textes d’étudiants

Dans un séminaire d’études supérieures à la School of Public Policy and Governance de l’Université de Toronto, qui portait sur le Programme de priorités pour le Canada, les étudiants proposaient leur propre ordre du jour politique tout en élargissant l’éventail des options. Chaque année, les meilleures dissertations étaient publiées par l’IRPP. Le texte de Mackenzie Clagget marque la fin de cette collaboration.
